SHIPPING POLICY
Please note that wine is perishable and is easily damaged by excessive heat or cold. We want you to enjoy our wines at their best, so depending upon the shipping destination we may be limited to shipping in the fall and spring. If you have concerns about weather conditions or wish to arrange for specific timing of your order, please call us at (509) 588-2867 or winemakers@hightowercellars.com.
Wine shipments require the signature of an adult at least 21 years old. Please provide a shipping destination where someone will be available to sign for the package.
All wines are sold in Washington and title passes to buyers in Washington. We make no representation as to the legal right of anyone to ship or import wines into any state outside of Washington. By placing an order with us, you authorize us to act on your behalf to engage a common carrier to deliver your order to you.
We cannot ship alcohol to PO Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
Many states now require the collection and remittance of sales and/or excise taxes. If your state is one of them, we will calculate these taxes for you and include them in the total amount charged to your credit card.
